McPhersons have been appointed as Employers Agent for a mixed use development consisting of 14 private flats and a "spa" on the ground floor.
The site is located next to the roundabout which intersects Park Road and Prince Albert Road, and infills between two existing buildings.
The project value is approximately £5.5 m and should be starting on site in October 2011.
