The firm was founded in 1951 and since then has undertaken a wide range of commissions for many private companies, public authorities and health authorities.
The practice is currently directed by three directors who lead a team of senior professionals and project surveyors together with technical staff and computer and administrative back up.
Quality management is assured by the involvement of the directors. The practice has consistently placed great emphasis on the quality of its management systems, and is currently engaged in working towards the formal accreditation of ISO 9000.
The practice is included in ‘Constructionline’, the UK Register of Qualified Construction Services. Registration number 19325.
The directors have extensive experience in cost and project management issues on a wide variety of projects and have developed specific fields of experience in differing areas which together gives a complementary range of expertise suitable for all projects.
Alan J Krzysica FRICS Qualified in 1972. Has extensive experience in healthcare, refurbishment works and projects in historic and listed buildings. Is a past Chairman and Secretary of the Wessex branch of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Paul Hillyard BSc FRICS MAPM Qualified in 1986. Has particular experience in project and cost management of healthcare, hotels and leisure project both in the UK and overseas, and has also successfully project managed recent healthcare schemes within existing occupied facilities.
Nick Holmes BSc MRICS Qualified in 1983. Nick joined the Practice in 2015 has extensive construction consultancy experience gained on a wide variety of projects.
